Green Street House

I wanted to try a new place so i have decided to go for Green street house beauty. It had a great reviews which made my decision easier. 
The place is lovely and treatments rooms are well decorated and i felt very relaxed.
However i had a very bad experience while i visited this place. I had a brazilan  waxing done and found out later on that i have been ripped badly whilst i had my waxing done. The therapist didnt even tell me and left me leave the place while i was unaware and still bleeding quite badly. I did feel loads of pain while having the treatment done but didnt think much of it as the therapist wasn't looking concern.
after leaving the place i went to meet my friends and visited a rest room where i noticed to my horror that i was covered in blood and felt sick straight away. 
after returning to the Green street house the apologized and gave me full refund, they recommended visiting a doctor just in case i need any stitches. 
After leaving and  visiting the doctor no one has contacted me once to ask me if i was okay. 
i wouldn't go back again and would not recommend this place to anyone. 
i have brazilian done for past 2 and half years and nothing like this ever happened. 

Fantastic day spa with a huge variety of treatments from the basic waxing to the luxurous wraps.

Lovely environment within an old building in the middle of the city, very friendly and knowledgable staff. Real treats that aren’t the cheapest but worth saving up for. My favourite in the ginger and lime salt glow.
