Boots The Chemists

This Boots store is unfortunately quite a disappointment every time I visit. The store is only small, as most in Chepstow are, and so the range they stock can never satisfy everyone. The basics are available but are usually cheaper elsewhere. My main disappointment is with the staff who I often feel to be rude and/or disinterested. Ok if you’ve tried elsewhere first but I wouldn’t recommend this store.

This is only a small boots store, so just a limited choice on goodies. Especially when it comes to the 3 for 2 offers, I rather go to Newport as the choice is much better, but that is my personal choice. But for the daily needs and supplies this store has certainly all the necessaties. There is also a pharmacy in there, but it is always busy and waiting times have to be counted in. Saying that the staff is always polite & helpful. Boots have certainly tried to maximise their service with the space they have available.
