seems to be popular, although not everyone’s cup of tea. the trendy-ness and aspirations to be a 'london bar’ leave those looking for a relaxed pub like environment feeling like there’s little character. However if its the more lager, cocktails and psuedo champagne lifestyle your after, it is bound to please!
Really nicely designed late night bar, great drinks list, and reasonably priced champagne if that’s what you like. That said, it can take while for them to make some of their cocktails, although they are almost always worth the wait. Also they often close the top floor later on and start hearding people round to different areas which can be a bit frustrating when you’re settled and just bought a round of drinks. All in all though a nice bar with good service, but no dancing so maybe not suited to everyone for a big night out.
Fab bar for a weekend drink - always busy on a Friday and Saturday and the table service is always a winner (as long as you can get a table!) Not so hot on the smoking facilities, huddling under the small shelter at the entrance is never fun in the rain, although it does mean you make friends quickly!
This is a nice bar, being fairly new it is very modern. Nice comfortable seating areas up and downstairs and nice decor. As with most trendy bars, drinks are over priced but there is a good selection. Being in town it is in easy walking distance of some clubs you may be going on to afterwards.
A fancy modern trendy bar with a central bar that is the feature of the place. plenty of seating including an upstairs. Drinks are expensive and they have many spirits, wines and cocktails that most places don’t sell. A nice place to start or end the evening but you wouldn’t want to spend all night there as there isn’t much atmosphere.
No parking on site as it’s in the centre of town.
