Situated opposite the beautiful ancient Priory church of St Peters in the heart of Dunstable, this ivy clad hotel has a reputation for a very high standard of food and service, and deservedly so. The wood panelling, exquisite furnishings and friendly atmosphere combine to make this privately owned hotel a fine, highly characteristic and unique venue for your accommodation, conference or wedding reception.
Room prices are lower than you would expect for any half-decent hotel in this area, but the service and rooms are better than expected for the price.
It’s possibly the best you’ll find in this town for the cost. Truly a gift to the limited choice in this area for “special” evenings.

My husband and I spent the night of our wedding here in one of the honeymoon rooms. I have to say it was divine and that was just the bathroom. We had a lovely huge room with a really comfy bed and the bathroom was completely tiled with a simply huge bath tub! Breakfast the following morning was sumpteous and the service impeccable. A fantastic hotel and well worth the money.

i stayed here when i was on a first date with my partner and we had a fantastic evening. the room was very nice and it wasnt an expensive one. they had dressing gowns and all the usual hair and body stuff that you like to get at a hotel but its a very romantic old feel to it and it deffinatley made me feel special. i would loev to go again but now we have a 10 month old little girl thats not going to happen but i would 100% reccomed to anyone who id looking for somewhere to stay in dunstable as this is the best hotel by far. oh and they have free wi fi too which can come in very handy.
