Alexa widerlich voll laut Bah... Lob ich mir doch die kleinen schönen Einkaufsstraßen in Berlin.
Keine Notwendigkeit in dieser Stadt und auch ein Armutszeugnis für die die dort "entspannt" shoppen gehen wollen.

For my impression this is one of the most nicest malls in Berlin…maybe of the closeness to the Alexander Platz and frequent movement of international people..if you have to shop in berlin, do it here. its stiill one of the newest and cleanest malls here in the city and has most of choice to shop to go.
the eating places next to the mcdonalds are pretty nice, its nice to sit there and its comfortably warm.
Close and around the Alexa are many other shops and restaurants too. Right on Alexander Platz.

Ugly, ugly, ugly, that is what goes through my head when I pass by the Alexa. And I'm obviously not alone with this opinion, both in terms of consenting friends and the Qype reviews. Anyway, from the outside, it's bad. The lack of architecture is not offset by the bright, colored lights, but rather further grotesquely distorted.
Inside, well there's the usual mall suspects, lined up.

What's worse than a tasteless mall? Why, a mall that aspires to be tasteful!
To me, Alexa equals Germany's biggest Media Markt which sports an excellent Apple Store.

I'm not much of a mall rat to begin with, but this shopping center takes claustrophobia to an entirely new level.
Literally thousands of people swarming through this place at once, long lines, elusively hidden toilet facilities, small and cramped food court with only MSG food stalls and a layout which reminds the visitor more of an incomprehensible labyrinth than a shopping center.
This place is no fun. Won't come back here unless I absolutely must.

This mall is your standard fare when it comes to shopping centers. Centrally located and always full. I find the layout annoying as it’s tough to get to any one point within the mall quickly. There is a fairly good selection of shops but nothing outstanding in my mind. I’ve usually been here to either hit the Media Markt or to go to the food court area for some lunch. During the Xmas season it is packed and even more difficult to get around. If I need to go there, it’s easily reachable. If I can avoid it though, I do.

It is a shopping center, nothing special. There are the normal shops, h&m etc.
I don’t like the exterial design.
