Amazing design, fantastic view over Paris, trendy atmosphere, and accessed by a private lift from the bottom of the Kenzo building. Its right next to the Rivoli. 2 small negative points: You’re not allowed to take photos and it’s a little expensive of course.
Kong a restaurant cum bar designed by renown designer Philip Starck. The top floor where the drinking area is located has a huge glass roof which is both magnificent and casual at the same time. Drinking was great as you can sit up the top floor of Kenzo building and enjoy both the view and the sunshine on a sunny day. It coat about £10 for a cocktail. I had a look at the food menu; it is more Asian fusion food and not as attractive as I have thought. So I gave it a miss and went somewhere for proper French cuisine instead.

I had a drink last night with some friends and I found the interior design quite nice and original, the view is really pretty but not sure about the vibe: too noisy, probably due to the lack of soundproofing (a table with 6 people and that’s all you hear).
Prices are standard for a bar-lounge in Paris (7-9 Euros). I took the opportunity to have a dessert at the bar and that was top notch: chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream, just perfect for once (10-13 Euros for desserts). Very good service, efficient and attentive without being stifling or arrogant like it’s too often the case in this kind of place. In short, a good place for a drink but I don’t recommand it to eat because it’s way too loud.
