the food is always excellent , the staff polite if very harrassed and stressed.  The service is poor, the wait times unacceptable - we waited an hour for our food.  The problem seems to be that it is severely understaffed.

Review of pizza hut from 19 November 2008

This is a welcome addition to Chippenham. Pizza Hut is clean and friendly. The Staff are enthusiastic and willing to help and service is usually prompt (you may have a little wait at busier times but nothing more than you would expect). The food is upto the usual pizza hut standard and is tasty. Ordering takeaway pizzas has in the past taken a bit longer but the food makes it worth the wait.
