Have shopped successfully in this shop for many years & thoroughly enjoyed the experience - lovely stock sold by friendly staff. Today went in looking for a mirror,saw what i wanted but £3.99 over my budget so asked if willing to accept my offer - what a very unpleasant,unfriendly response i received. Wont be back.

Giftworld is an interesting little gift shop, tucked away down Barker’s Arcade in Northallerton high Street. They have a range of decorative items at GREAT prices such as samurai swords, log baskets, small statues etc. I have always found the staff friendly and polite and they make a good effort to ensure that you get everything you want. The shop is hardly ever busy so you can take your time to browse all the lovely things and ask as many questions as you want. The cashiers always make sure that your items are wrapped up safely for your journey home, carefully wrapping them in bubble wrap and paper.
