Can get all the home baking needs here, Doves organic flours, nuts, seeds etc. They also bag up oats, muesli and other cooking ingredients in store so you can get whatever quantity you want or pick from the sizes they’ve chosen. Best of all, local honey (very seasonal availability) and some from further afield. Lots of things you can’t find anywhere else and it’s great to support a small business too and for me having everything on my doorstep.

Home made cakes, crystals, therapists plus the usual supplies of beans, pulses, spices, alternative therapies and vitamins. The staff are knowledgable too. Worth buying your dried goods here, far cheaper than a supermarket. But bring your own bags!

A small but very well stocked health food shop. They have lots of dried fruit, nuts and cereals, as well as a fairly well stocked freezer with items suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
However, my only complaint is the lack of healthy snack bars that other health food shops tend to offer.
