Good size Lush branch, and it makes the whole floor of the potteries centre smell nice.
However the only issue i have with this particular branch is that the staf can be a little mercenary with the sales pitches, and you sometimes leave the shop feeling like you’ve been hit by a whirlwind, and if you didnt have your wits about you, your wallet will show all the same hallmarks of a whirlwind!
The produce is very good, and you know that what you are getting is of good quality.
Lush is a great shop is you know what you’re looking for and know the product or you need advice. If you’re going in there and haven’t got a clue what you’re buying then you could come out of there with loads of stuff as the staff are quite sales orientated. However, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the shop is great for gifts or for buying yourself a treat!

A great Lush store, loads of room to roam/browse the various lovely smellies. Staff are always on hand to help with questions and they are extremely knowledgeable about all their products and give sound recommendations for what you are looking for.
The Herbalism face wash is one of my favourite products, it ex-foliates gently and leaves you face smooth, soft and clean feeling without any greasiness or drying out of the skin. Another favourite is the Honey I Washed the Kids soap is smells absolutely amazing.
I love the fact all the products are natural and good for the environment - some products are a bit pricey but the quality is always consistent.

GORGEOUS bath and hair products .
I love this stuff it smells and even looks lovely .
Its all organic and they do many fragrances .
You can buy girfts sets and you can even try before you buy.
You can have the soaps cut to size and weight and wrapped in tissue paper with the name of the soap.
It is costly but its good stuff and lasts ages it also looks fab as a decorative item .
WATCH out for the bath bombs lol my sister inlaw brought me a bath set and i put this lovely looking bath bomb in the bath not knowing inside the bath bomb there was aload of glitter lol so i came out the bath sparkling lol it took me ages to clean the bath.
Its suitable for all ages .
The shop is just the right size and you have a little wicker basket to put your stuff in , the shop is both wheelchair and disabled access friendly and it smells out of this world .
There are never ques and the staff are really help and very chatty .
