Dream Weaver

I’m sad to say but this shop did not live up to my expectations. I had seen adverts in the press listiong lots of different products. They did not have the amount of stock I expected when I went along although some of what they did have was good.

When I visisted there was a small collection of crystals but not a vast selection. Lots of cheap incense sticks and charcoal discs. Very few resins.

A good range of alternative greetings cards which I have not seen elsewhere. I would certainly go back keen if only for the unusual cards which would probably appeal to folks of an 'earthy’ nature.

On the occassion I was there it was winter and very cold. Depite being cold outside it was even colder inside of this shop. The shop assistant was complaining bitterly about the cold and I could understand why. It made it difficult to browse around and there was a damp musty smell.

I had hoped for more alternative spirituality stuff but I’m afraid I found more goth type stuff.

Crystals - aromatherapy oil and lots of New Age healing products.

They have contacts with other practioners and bring an intreresting aspect to a High St that is beginning to be taken over by Charity shops.
