Great country pub with good food and really nice atmosphere, pretty beer garden out the back which in the summer you have straight views over fields.
Lovely pub with fantastic food and beautiful setting. Great seafood and really friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended!

Gorgeous local pub in the small village of Fordcombe. Especially good for its cute garden with a stunning view of the countryside from the back. A perfect place to spend a warm summer afternoon with a pint of cool cider. Its never over full either so you are guaranteed a good spot on a picnic bench.
The interior is equally welcoming and the food is very good. Not particularly cheap but its reliably good quality and a nice place for a Sunday lunch. There is also a good range of drinks and welcoming staff.
The decor is traditional pub territory - without being too cliquey and locals only. There is a small car park, but also space around the village green,
