Osteria Posillipo took over the old Tuo e Mio restaurant, and stayed with the Italian theme but added a pizza oven.
It was quiet when we arrived on Friday night but soon livened up.
The specials of the day on the blackboard were excellent: scallops in parma ham in a cream, brandy sauce, incredibly rich and calorific, but yummy. The pork with porcini was similarly delicious. The house red was good quality.
The dessert menu defeated us. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
