Premier Inn London Putney Bridge

Stayed in Putney for 3 nights to see London. I have used other Premier Inns in London an dthey are clean and comfortable.

My only commoent is that Putney is on the District Line which is handy for Wimbledon, Kew Gardens Richmond and Chelsea. Its a bit less convenient for say Covent Gardent and the East.

Premier Inss are great. I will always stay in one in London.

Stayed here on a hen night, sharing with a friend. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the bar staff had plenty of banter when we turned up in our costumes, and our rooms were large (a twin room could accommodate 3)

If I visited the area again, I'd definitely consider this hotel.

This hotel was a former office block and renovated into a hotel in the mid-late 1990’s. Part of the Premier Inn chain, this outlet is perfect for the cost concicouis London visitor on a weekend shopping trip, away game at Fulham or Chelsea FC, mid week business trip without the luxerious of the city centre hotels and the price tag that follows them.

Rooms (not per person) can be had here from £84 per night at weekends and £98 midweek. Standard chain hotel fare, here like shower gel, workspace in rooms, wifi at a price, breakfast for extra, car parking is limited and another £15 a day. There is a 24 hour reception and licensed bar for residents.

However, it is the location beside the River Thames and the ease of getting into the West End, without the West End price tag which would be the appeal for me here. Buses take 30 mins to Picadilly Circus from here and pass the Kings Road and Harrords. The tube a little shorter and Putney Bridge tube station is 2 minutes from the hotel if that.

In fact, its location is great for a number of reasons and Putney is a lot more chilled then the West End. Families can all fit in the one room driving the cost down and making a weekend in London visiting the nearby Science and Natural History muesums a doddle.
