This place closed down for 'refurbishing’ early this year (2008)and hasn’t re-opened as yet (November). That meant that anyone who had prepaid membership has lost out.
If it does re-open, then the equipment was great (although it could be weeks to get fixed if there was a breakage) and most of the clientel were good guys, which led to a good atmosphere.
Very scruffy and the changing rooms, showers and sauna were a bit of a joke … a dirty joke actually. This was reflected in the fees, which were cheap.
