When selling my house recently I found this estate agency to be the most pro-active I have come across.They were realy on the ball from start to finish giving advice and tips.They kept in constant touch with me giving me updates on my own personal situation and when It came down to selling my house they negotiated everything down to the finest detail and made the sale a very easy process.
Being an independant agency I think that gives them the edge on some other agencies I have had the misfortune to deal with.
