Awful service, never going there again. I was looking for the first pair oof shooes for my daughter, knowing absolutely nothing about kids’ shoes and kids’ needs when starting to walk… spent half an hour there with nobody asking us whether we neededany help, after a while we overhear a sales assistant saying to another family that they shouyld have taken a wee number (for which theere was no mention in the shop). We take our number, they call our number and there was NOBODY there to serve us, while the shop assistant was busy with other peopl. After 15 minutes waiting for somebody to call us, they call the following number and when we made theem notice that there was us there the assistant refused to serve us anyway. Needless to say, we walked off and my daughter is still without shoes as it was closing time and all the other shops were closed. Worst service ever!!! I there was the opption to give zero or minus one stars, I would take it.

Good fitting service here for kids and very well made shoes that you know are doing your child’s feet some good. Nice up to date styles too. I took my daughter here for her first fitting and got a polaroid and frame for buying her first ever shoes. Very cute.
Shoes can be expensive but worth buying at least one quality pair a season.
