Kebab Ye

First time my wife and I ordered food from kebab ye, not only did we find the food exceptional but the service was first rate. The best kebab shop in Leighton by far.

Could not be more disappointed with this place..!!

My partner and I used to love getting our food here, but not after the service we received tonight. When we got our order it wasn't right, which is fine. - everybody makes mistakes.
However when we phoned the store the person we spoke to said it wasn't his problem and "what did we expect him to do about it?". When I explained that it was ok if it was written down incorrectly as long as we could have what we ordered delivered, he refused.

After hearing a lot of shouting in the background while waiting for an answer, I was then told that it was my fault and we had ordered incorrectly (we place the same order every time and had had no issues before). They also explained that they wouldn't be putting it right and sending out our order correctly.

I then spoke to the manager as I wasn't getting anywhere with the assistant, who was even more rude - throwing around accusations that this was our fault and wasn't going to put it right for us. He also said that because it was a small item that was missing from our order that we weren't being reasonable - the issue was that we had paid for this, and it was not what we received.

So having had no luck with either person I spoke to, as they obviously couldn't have cared less about having a regular customer return to them, we won't be ordering from here again.

The level of service we received was pretty shocking and the staff were unbelievably rude.

Wat a place! If you're a veggie, they'll make up a lovely package in pitta, I'm a Doner fan (don't tell her!) They're always busy, never short tempered, although they do get a bit of stick at the weekends. Open late, good value for money, plenty of lamb (or chicken)- been there a few years now...no, them, not me. I found my way home! Nice n clean too

You know what, until I moved to Leighton Buzzard, I would point blank refuse to eat a kebab. Now my mind has been changed by the lovely chaps at Kebab Ye. If you can manage to get past the cheesy name and horrible looking menu you will find that the food from this place is actually really nice. It’s extremely good value for money, I mean, where else can you get two kebabs in one for around a fiver? And if you’re feeling really hungry you can always try their 1/2 pound cheese burger with doner meat on top! They will deliver locally for free if you spend over £8 as well, which is brill. They are often extremely busy because they are so good, but it’s worth waiting for, and at least they warn you it’s going to be an hours wait (unlike some I could mention ahem). The lads that work there are friendly and helpful and don’t mind if you are a bit drunk.
