I love this shop as there are lots of shoes in the size you are and plenty of choice. You can take as much time as you like without any hassle and try on various shoes.
Last time I went when I got to the till the price was even less than I expected as there was a reduction.
This week I had to try and find some wellies urgently for my son and when I asked the assistant, she came round immediately trying to look for some in the size I wanted. Then when there weren’t any she said she would go and have a look in the back and I said I hadn’t got long but she was very quick and brought back the size I wanted.
I was so relieved and grateful to her as I was in such a rush and needed them that day.
That is the kind of service which deserves writing about.
