The Pantry

I've used the Pantry for years and it's my first point of call when I need a cake. Good service fair prices and great cake especially the butter icing can't go wrong.

Absolutely awful service. We ordered a 2 tier animal cake and were given a reference number. But it turned out that they gave us the wrong reference number and as such made an entirely different cake. Instead if apologising and admitting their mistake they blamed us and told us we must have quoted it wrong-even though we showed them the written evidence! They have said they are going to correct their mistake and attempt to make it more like an animal cake. We are due to pick it up tomorrow so I guess we will find out then. However they didnt apologise, showed no understanding and refused to take any money off. This has made me feel so stressed the night before my sons first and third joint birthday party. I pray the cake actually is there waiting for us when we get there otherwise we will have no cake for their birthday. I feel so upset. My advice would be to never use this company. I certainly wont be again.

I have been going here for many years, they make beautiful fluffy fresh eggless cakes for any type of occassion. They look great as well as taste divine. The prices are reasonable however as i have been going here for the past 15 years, the prices have risen a lot since then. But i still go there no matter what as you have to pay the price for quality.
