Subway

Subway is exciting, if only purely due to the fact that you are met by a massive salad and fillings bar as you enter. However, the choices soon become boring as soon as you notice the mediocre menu you can choose from. The bread is constantly soggy - I’m not sure how they make it consistently awful, to be honest. For what you get, it is a rip-off.

I am yet to encounter a sandwich shop that makes more of a song and dance about getting a soggy breadcake and putting some cheese in it than the various identikit Subways that appear to be springing up around the city.

Then, for the privilege of having your dinner slapped together by someone wearing the gloves they use to examine cows bottoms, they charge you the best part of a fiver.

Break away from the crowd people. Just because it appears to be “the” place to go and get a sandwich, doesn’t mean it’s right.

I mean, meatballs in a butty, I ask you!

A quint little subway tucked away in the corner of orchard Square, a nice little place to pop in for a fresh sandwich and a drink.

That’s about all that can be said about this subway really, the staff are friendly but then its what theyre required to do and they don’t have much to do with you apart from ask you what you want.

I will say this though, it is cleaner then the other subway that i have been in, take note to take advantage of your free refill while your instore however, until you leave the store you are allowed unlimited refills.
