Europa Pools

Europer pool Birkenhead, we go 3 times a week, staff are great, facilities not so good, could do with a face lift, they need to put a shilling in the meter and turn the temprature up in the pool and the showers, also some of the showers don`t work properly and the at least one of the shower room and one of the changing rooms have door missing, but as i said staff great.

A few years old now and beginning to show their age in the changing rooms.
However, the pool is fabulous. A walk in pool of a lagoon style with waves every so often and fountains all over the place. There are two flume slides which exit into their own safe area and a spa pool. For those wanting to be serious about their swimming there is a lane training pool adjacent.
Watch out for school holidays where entrance can be free of charge, but the place does get busy.

This is a large, multi pool swimming baths with a tropical theme! There are two leisure pools, one with a wave machine, the other decorated with jaccuzi area and fountains. There is also a swimmers pool (which is a bit colder!) This is not always available for public use as it is used for competitions. Other attractions include two water slides (a bit of a climb to get to) two jaccuzzi pools, and a baby/ toddler area.
Also on site are a gym and fitness suites, party area and a cafe serving hot and cold snacks. Great fun to visit with a group of friends!
