Akash Tandoori Balti Restaurant

We've always had a great time at the Akash. The waiters are very polite and quick to respond to you. It is a small and intimate restaurant, near to the station, with easy access to the shopping centre and cinema.
The food is great and for eat-in or takeaway I would highly recommend it.

Please do not waste your time and money by visiting this place.

It is located in the Unicorn hill street in the town centre. It looks anceint and not clean, in short, it has seen better days!

I don’t know how they survived all these years when I read their advert in the local newspaper about their God knows how long anniversary!

We went to this resatuarnt back in the summer for the first time. We thought we will give it ago after reading their advert in the newspaper. How disappointed we were!

The place was dark and empty. The waiters stood there staring at us from a distance. the fizzy drink they served was flat. I asked them to replace it because of that, they still brought another flat lemonade.The food was not great, close to being tasteless.

I think they rely on takeaways more than eat-in customers.

All in all, avoid at all cost!!!
