The meats a bit "hit n miss" sometimes its lovely , and other times its just chewie tasteless bland rubbish . Would not really recomend only as like i said the meat could be yuck .

On the good side the sausage rolls are just awesome , now they really are worth a visit , very meaty , no fat or grissle just lovely

There is only one thing to say; the pasties from here simply cannot be beaten!

The length of the queue only confirms this - this is one of those times when it really is worth the wait!

You’ll find some of the finest tasting pasties in Cornwall on sale here (it’s a close run thing with the bakers in Portreath). But you’ll have to queue for them because, surprise, surprise, the locals are in on the secret.

At lunchtime, there’ll be a sizeable queue, but it’s worth the wait, because they’re freshly baked and fresh out of the oven. As fast as they can take them out, someone buys them. They literally sell like hot… well, erm, pasties.

Meat-eaters can choose between steak and mince, but it’s the vegetarian ones that draw me here – they’re simply delicious. Quite peppery and stuffed full of buttery Cornish vegetables.

They’re quite large, but you’ll want to finish every mouthful. You won’t need anything else for lunch, mind. Just watch where you eat them though, because there’ll be seagulls after you if they see you’ve got a pastie!
