So I definitely liked the rooms, the staff and their service, as well as the gym and wellness area. But I was disappointed by the breakfast. The high prices for food and drinks have also been mentioned here by others before.
I still think that this is one of THE preferred hotels by Americans in this area. I guess they prefer American hotel chains and I also noticed that the staff is well prepared for them.
As a business traveler i see a lot of hotels. but the Hilton Düsseldorf is one of my favorites. once a month i am staying here. very friendly stuff, very nice executive lounge with good snacks. good rooms. i even always have some fruits and a wine on my room - but maybe because i am here that regularly. just the bath is a bit small - but thats a typical Hilton issue.

I was recently a guest of an event. An excellent service. At the underground car park, I was received very friendly by a porter. As a guest of the event is the parking free. The service during the dinner was really good, but I expected that from the Hilton. The food was really good, they had a buffet. I was not really amazed, it was nothing extraordinary. Therefore 4 stars.
