The staff were excellent! Wide range of carpets to suit your individual budget. They were really flexible in arranging a slot to come over to measure up and subsequently fit the carpet. I'm one very happy shopper!

If i could give no stars i would. this is a total rip off.. they are not even really part of carpets 4 less, they are a franchise store so if you have a complaint you have to go to their so called manager Dennis who is of absolutely no use! never ever pay them upfront because you can kiss your money and goods goodbye! As per the other reviews, no one will return calls and the fitters are contractors so again all independent of each other. would never ever recommend and will never go back! judging by other reviews wouldn't surprise me if they close and run away soon with everyones money despite acting like and telling customers they're part of a big company that won't disappear! Do not under any circumstances shop here!

Initial service was good but everything else was a downhill ride. Delivery date came and went and calls were never returned. Eventually all I got was a voice message service. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The service was ok or less than that. There was not a lot of choice compared to the first shop we went to which was in Roman Rd. To this day I am not sure if we got a good deal for the carpet we did finally buy from Carpets 4 Less.

The problem we had was with the fitters, they came back 4 times to my flat because each time they left the job unfinished. My carpet still has many air bubbles and the fitter was reluctant to get them out. So I was not happy with their service and wish I went elsewhere.

I've been to that shop
they have a huge range of beds and flooring and the services is good.
ive done my whole house from them
beds are very cheep and good
carpet very competitive.
