I had been to this restaurant yesterday(weekday evening),
Reception:
I rang them to enquire about car park, the guy that answered the call is too rude.
I was querying about the valet parking with the door keeper, as i started the conversation he started speaking to the person that came after me but why? 0 out of 5.
Food: ordered two starters and two mains, one dish is excellent, 2 is ok, 1 is bad. Because of the price i go(high prices means i expect the food to be good) for 2 out of 5.
Waiters: confused, end up calling 3 times to take main course order. Promised a birthday cake and candle in the end, but haven’t delivered this, awful. 0 out of 5.
Total disappointment and spoiled my evening, 0 out of 5.

gorgeous food, great atmosphere, friendly staff! really enjoyed our night here and was a great choice for our anniversary meal, thank you very much! be back again soon :)

As a big curry fan I had to think long and hard before saying that this is the best Indian I have ever been to! Food exceeded expectation, it was a different style to the common Indian cuisine but this was a refreshing change.

The service was conducted with a perfect level of attentiveness. The decor and lighting is very cool, perhaps a little on the night club side for a restaurant. I found the price to be very fair.

The only downer was a table full of rowdy, obnoxious local men who showed some rather unpleasant behaviour towards our party because of our accents, we’re from Liverpool and a lot of Mancunians seem to find that problematic.

I would love to return to this restaurant but I’m not keen to re-visit Manchester at any point in this century or the next.

Taste was fine however the pieces of chicken were cut into very tiny chunks.

The waiter also used the face wipe at the end to wipe the table after i had used it to wipe my mouth.

I went and collected a take away from here, we really enjoyed the food, we had the paneer in a tomato sauce (a bit expensive at £9 and a dhal with naan rice and some paneer that had been charcoal grilled to start. The food was fresh and not oily and we will go back and eat in the restaurant, definitely have a takeaway again. Good deal for takeaway as you get 20% off so our meal was £20. The decor of the restaurant is a bit OTT but a nice location next to the river. Recommended.

A experience never to be repeated. Horrible food and as a result i was sick in the middle of the night, i could of understood me being sick if i ate too much but that was not the case. I think the food was bad because we went on a busy night and that is why they served food which was below it’s usual quality i completely understand that but i think a award winning restaurant should be organised better in order to consistently produce good food. By the way the restaurant was very nicely decorated.
