Fantastic Hostel in Prague. Super helpful staff, terrific rooms and rates, and a chill downstairs kitchen and pub. Spend your first night talking with others to hear about what to visit when!! Also do the NewPrague free walking tour first, it's terrific. Monday nights at 20:00 in Sir Toby's pub is a free beer tasting, too.

I just found that hostel here and it brings back nice memoriers. I stayed there with my friend in 2007 and it was a great time and really nice staff.
It's not to far from the city, there is a super markt just at the ned of the street. The rooms are great and the Visitors are from all over the world. We meet a really nice guy from the USA and he is still a close friend.
Great place to stay
Tucked into the turn of the tumbling Vltava river lies the humble neighbourhood of Holesovice. Its industrial past has since passed into a residential and business quarter whose calm nature belies the nearby centre (10mins tram ride away). It is here that Sir Toby's is located.
Sir Toby's upholds the finest hostel tradition, with delightful dormitories for sleep satisfaction, and private rooms of all possible sizes and descriptions. Tea is for free in our comfortable kitchen, where cooking combines with camaraderie. We've internet access, Prague maps, and laundry, and our young friendly staff can help with your quandaries.
All-you-can-eat breakfast will fill you for a fee and there's a bar in the evenings for gossip and glee. Transport tickets are available, as are lockers and you can borrow from our library while a Sir Toby's guest. Our historical art-nouveau building is ready to host your European euphoria or your meandering melancholia.
A calm neighbourhood, it should be noted, does not mean devoid of life...
Within a five-minute walk of the hostel, one can find supermarkets, photo-processing stores, a teahouse, a post-office, hairdressers, second-hand clothing stores, the Prague Markets (for fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes, and much more), a paper shop, copy shop, health food shop, butcher's, baker's, restaurants, clubs, and whatever else one's daily life requires.
Amongst other things, we offer: Internet, FREE wifi, complimentary tea, free city maps, International public pay phone, laundry service, BBQ, and extensive information about Prague.
Brilliant hotel with superb breakfast and unbelievable prices. The personnel is very friendly, the cellar bar very cosy and perfect to meet other backpackers. The rooms aren't quite comfortable and the bathroom no highlight either but the overall location successful. The location is OK albeit a bit tucked away.

If you’re ever in Prague and want to save money on the hotel - go to Sir Toby’s! Seriously!
20-25 euros will be enough to spend a night there. They have their own pub, so you don’t get lost drunk in Prague :)
Staff is friendly and helpful. Hostel is not that far away from the city. What more do you need?
