Thank you for finding such great tenants for our 4 bed in hackney. Fast of the mark, great knowledge, always returned my calls and most importantly for me they keep me informed each step of the way.

Claremont Estates have been managing our property for over 4 years, rent has always been paid on time, they have a very active maintenance team. Overall Claremont Estates in my opinion are honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Have seen Claremont grow over the years, well done Claremont. 

Wouldn't recommend - incredibly rude and left me waiting at a viewing. 

I wouldn’t reccomend using these estate agents. I phoned up and arranged a viewing, turned up on the Saturday morning and no one turned up. Rang them and they said they’d been trying to get in contact with me all the previous evening and that morning, strange that I didn’t receive any missed calls, any voicemails, no texts, no emails?

I rearranged the viewing with them for the Monday, when they got their they rang my mobile to see where I was – hmm, so they did have my correct phone number, weird how they managed to get in contact that time!

Saw the flat and liked it, put in an offer and they asked for a ‘holding deposit’ of a weeks rent, which we would then get back if the landlord rejected it. The landlord did reject it, and we weren’t willing to pay anymore for the flat, so I requested that the money be put back into my account straight away.

A week went by with no sign of the money back into my account, got into contact with them, they said they will put it back into my account but I received no apology at all. Perhaps they were just hoping i would forget about it?

It’s easy to make a mistake but to not apologise is not good practice for any business. This coupled with not turning up on the Saturday (and lying about trying to get in touch) have led me to believe that this estate agents aren’t very professional (what’s new for estate agents though, I guess)

Used their Property Match Sevice early this year and was extremely happy with the speed in which they found me a property, their professionalism and their management of the property I now rent. If you are located in East London then I would recommend you popping down to their Whitechapel office to see what they have available before you go elsewhere.
