Review of THE QUEENS HEAD from 3 April 2013
Me and my colleagues went to the queens head pub few weeks ago after work,great pub with 2 pool tables,very specious and the atmosphere was great,nice music,there is a young lady behind the bar,dark curly hair,thought she is from eastern Europe,as soon as we walked in she greeted us with a smile and said that she will be with us in few minutes as she was serving other customers,she makes us very welcome and at ease,she served us very politely,she mentioned that the pub have a live music every weekend and that we should come back again, and wished us a pleasant evening,great customer service.We had a good time and  have been coming back since and the service still in high quality,sure we will recommend the pub to others. Queens head its a pleasure!!!

There is a lady who works there, skinny,tall with black hair age between 24+ needs some customer service training as she hardly welcomes customers, if shes serving you, as long as you have paid her, she just leaves your drink anywhere she wants and even worse your charge if any.

it also takes some good minutes for you to get served drinks in this pub..

No car park, nearest off street car park is about 5mins walk or stratford mall car park

Review of THE QUEENS HEAD from 25 April 2012

I recently visited the newly refurbished Queens Head Stratford which i discovered was under new management.
It was a wednesday night and i witnessed had some great live music with well know music industry faces in the audience scouting for talent at this showcase -i tasted the delightful west indian food which was fresh hot and tasty.
Had a great night and was thoroughly entertained

Review of THE QUEENS HEAD from 14 December 2008

This was a very disappointing visit,after just leaving a very nice sociable pub. I was tempted to visit this pub for the first time in 20 years. I waited about 5 mins while the barman finished his game of pool,then to get that glace which means what do you want,well being there was no real ales . I pushed for a quick vodka, with a dash,there are 3 pool tables, 5 fruit machines,and no atmosphere at all,not much more to say really except I was unable to take a photo as the outside was in complete darkness,
