There aren’t many shops that can keep everyone happy but top shop does so with seeming ease. There was a recent frenzy surrounding the arrival of Kate Moss’s line in April 2007 and it’s been a great hit! This place also has a wonderful array of shoes and a dedicated denim section.

Topshop on Oxford St attracts women and girls from all over the world regardless of age, lifestyle and nationality. Topshop has turned into a department store in its own right. Three floors of everything a girl could ever want. My favorite part of Topshop and the part that i mainly visit is on the lower ground floor where all the shoes, brands and vintage are stocked. I have picked up some great finds here. Prices slightly higher than upstairs in topshops mainline collection but worth it. Is worth remembering mobile phone signal is poor on the lower ground floor and you can get lost in their for hours so best to warn you friends before you go so they dont think you've disappeared off the face of the earth!!

I hate messy clothes stores and sometimes Topshop on Oxford Street can have been so busy during the day that there are clothes all over the floor, clothes hanging in all the wrong places and price tags attached to the wrong items. If you go to Topshop during a sale season, be prepared to fight with other manic bargain hunters - it's like that episode from Friends when Monica takes Rachel and Phebe to the wedding dress outlet store and pushes a girl to the ground, blows down her whistle and orders them to take the dress and run. Any of you who don't know what I'm talking about - apologies, but go and watch this episode (at least). If you do find a bargain like Monica does eventually, however, you can get a great piece of clothing really cheaply. I suppose the main problem with Topshop is that everyone goes there and everyone else will be wearing the same clothes as you. And no-one wants to become a Topshop clone.
Negativity aside, I could spend hours in this store (and yes that would include the 25mins queuing for the changing rooms) and I could spend hundreds of pounds - there's just so much stuff you can't possibly claim you didn't see a single thing you liked. And when the manicness does start to get you down, you can always take a break in the cafe on the ground floor. There isn't a huge menu but there is a dish for most people or just a snack if it's just an 11.30 break.
I would recommend Topshop on Oxford Street (after all that) - everything is there in front of you, you just have to pick the time of day you go and be prepared for possible mayhem.

For those who are absolutely mad about fashion. I am not, however, I often find myself spending the whole day just looking at those clothes. Although, the prices usually scare me out- Kate Moss' collection was a perfect example of simple t-shirts for twice more money just because her name on them.
I hate the atmosphere of the shop- it's always like a rat race. Everybody wants to look original, but at the same time you quickly find out that 90% of people are wearing exactly the same clothes that you have.
It is still a great shop, though. You pay a lot of money for trousers, but it is guaranteed that you will probably die in them and they will still look great on you;)

This isn't any ordinary, garden-variety topshop - this is Super Topshop Happy Wonderland! It's the most amazing place in the wordl! I literally spend hours here on occasion. 3 floors - cafe in basement - proper sweet corner - plus bags, tops, shoes, dresses, jeans - and shedloads of 'em!

Oxford Street is not just the largest Top Shop in the country - it is a tourist attraction in its own right. There are literally thousands of tops and dresses for sale here (Top Man is on the same corner) and it is quite a scene on a Saturday. It can be hard to track down a dream item among the massive crowds, but anybody visiting Oxford Street should pop in here to check out the mayhem. Truly, when it gets busy, this place is remarkable.

Finding something in Topshop means a whole-day trip for me as the main store on Oxford Circus is so big and full of stuff and the smaller branches are not really worth going into as they hardly ever have what you want and if it's there they don't have your size:)
the main branch however is quite cool inspite of having just about 40 songs to be played at all times (DJ is a friend of mine) which means that if you pop in often enough you always hear the same music...
Their clothes are very popular as they are always trends taken right off the catwalks, so you can't really go wrong. However this shows on price and materials are not that great quite often...personally I have a not so good experience with their jeans. They loose shape and stretch out. The tops are usually OK and I'd definitely recommend to pop in while the sale lasts as prices are becomming very reasonable at this point!!

I really like the Topshop brand and most of their stores, but the Topshop on Oxford Street takes some beating. Their basement has lots of up and coming designers and small collections that you might see if you had time to go to London's markets, but are harder to find on the high street. It's pretty affordable and there's alot to choose from, so if you're looking for something a little different for a night out, it's definitely worth having a look here!

Topshop is the flagship high street clothes store. Selling trendy clothes with the latest fashion trends off the catwalk (having celebrity ranges from models such as Kate Moss) it caters for all shapes, sizes and most importantly ages. I don't think I have ever visited one which wasn't busy but most stores have plenty of changing rooms and tills so you usually do not have to wait that long in queues.

Their sales are a must although everything is placed on long rails and you may need to fight your way to the front.

Who doesn’t love Top Shop-I think no matter what your age it still has a lot of iconic and fun fashion for all age groups. The flag ship store in Great Castle street is always good for a rummage and its always busy.

A flagship store with is packed full of the lastest trends, the best topshop in the country !

I love visiting this Topshop as it is always full of bits you cant find in the other stores.

I went last month whilst in london for the weekend and bought lots of great things. My boyfriend enjoyed the menwear, but i understand it doesn't have such a large selection as the womenswear department. There are about 3 floor full of bags, shoes, one off desinger pieces and loads of lovely topshop clothes. Shoes by Office, Bertie, KG, UGG, LFA and loads of other brands.

There is also a large underwear department, a nail bar and a smoothie bar, oh and a radio station, it has everthing !!

Tyrannical fashion house full of doll size clothes for growing girls.
These make pretty shrouds for dying anorexics, whose child like limbs and flat chests showcase these outfits to perfection.

Catwalk copies fly off the shelves at Topshop, and whenever I visit I either love it or can't wait to get out of there... If you manage to get there midweek then it is a wonderful place to browse, floors of jewellery and accessories to vintage and rare designer pieces. However, try it at the weekend during a school holiday and beware - as teens knock you over to get their hands on the latest 'in' thing!

The staff are generally helpful and smiley, and you can even get your nails done and have a bite to eat at the cafe whilst you're there.

Generally the quality of clothing items is about as good as you can expect for the price, and you'll be sure to come out of there with something new as the range of styles holds something to suit almost everyone.

Difficult to beat Topshop these days for affordable, yet completely of the moment fashion. A lot of pieces are strongly inspired from the catwalk, and although quality is a bit patchy, you can't really ask for more for the price.
This flagship store is the best, with a fantastic choice, good location and even a personal shopper service if you are feeling a bit lazy. And a cafe if you need a break due to 'overshopping'.
I think their best items for this season are dresses, from mini to maxi. Check out accessories too, very good sunglasses and belts.
Impossible to walk out without having made a purchase.

Top Shop - this is an amazing experience! You can get lost on the different floors of fashion in this massive store! It's also got a cafe so you can literally spend a whole day there and forget the outside world exists.

I would say that the fashion covers the ages of very young through to about 40, it also has maternity wear. The prices are reasonable and there is just loads of stuff!

I would say though that it does get very busy at the weekends!
