We ended up here for a office friday lunch, it wasn't our first or even second choice but all the pubs were full.
Riccardinho is right - soulless is the word, but I wasn't expecting anything incredibly atmospheric from a chain bar/restaurant in the midst of a shopping centre near Victoria.
The food was ok: not bad, not exceptional (I had a burger which seemed to be 'hand made' i.e. not defrosted in a microwave, and was nicely charred).
The service however was pretty dire. I don't think our waitress would have smiled if we'd handed her a suitcase with a million quid inside as her tip. She barely said a word to us for the entire time we were were there not even a 'is everything ok?' or a 'thanks for coming', and actually grimaced when it came time to pay and a few people pulled out debit cards (if there's 9 of us then chances are a few might want to use a card).
Two colleagues turned up 10 minutes after us, placed their order and got their food before we did! How did that happen then?
Good as a last resort, but with a few decent boozers in this area this is never going to be top of anyone's list.
