Previous reviews were spot on about the service being shady at best. I consider that I got lucky with my chicken n chorizo pasta dish which was tasty even though smaller than expected. Although I wasn't hungry when I left I was borderline satisifed and found the service so gruff that it became laughable. Was also freezing in the upstairs dining area! Not worth it overall so save your money and go elsewhere, where the service is kind and you won't have to keep your coat on while trying to have lunch.

We ended up here for a office friday lunch, it wasn't our first or even second choice but all the pubs were full.

Riccardinho is right - soulless is the word, but I wasn't expecting anything incredibly atmospheric from a chain bar/restaurant in the midst of a shopping centre near Victoria.

The food was ok: not bad, not exceptional (I had a burger which seemed to be 'hand made' i.e. not defrosted in a microwave, and was nicely charred).

The service however was pretty dire. I don't think our waitress would have smiled if we'd handed her a suitcase with a million quid inside as her tip. She barely said a word to us for the entire time we were were there not even a 'is everything ok?' or a 'thanks for coming', and actually grimaced when it came time to pay and a few people pulled out debit cards (if there's 9 of us then chances are a few might want to use a card).

Two colleagues turned up 10 minutes after us, placed their order and got their food before we did! How did that happen then?

Good as a last resort, but with a few decent boozers in this area this is never going to be top of anyone's list.

I have to go with riccardiniho on this one. Andi Peters' tank would be more trendy. I've been in here a couple of times when the decent pubs around it are too full. Very mediocre service and zero character. The only thing saving this place from the dreaded 1* is the potato wedges (which are good, but not great).

Ha Ha Bar? Well, i don't see anyone laughing. Do you?

Andi Peters tank top is trendier than this place. Find yourself a proper boozer and avoid like the plague

That is unless you are taking the sort of person out on a date who is impressed by some neon strip lighting and the fact you are paying near 4 quid a pint.

cocktails are 3 quid between 5 and 7 if you are looking for a plus point, oh and Victoria station is 2 minutes away so there's a quick escape.

This is is one of the newest of a rapidly expanding chain of trendy bars which do cocktails and food.

Quite how they are expanding so fast is a mystery to me, based on my (one - and only) experience. The decor is achingly fashionable, in a chrome-and-bright-colours sort of way, but that's about it.

Although I freely admit it's not really my kind of venue, the service was nevertheless terrible - incredibly slow and rather unfriendly. After one round of over-priced, short-measured drinks (£3.20 a pint for fizzy lager..) we gave up. And that was at lunch-time. Goodness only knows what it's like when they are busy...
