Try Bennetts Boots, they are in Australia but I found there customer service was fantastic and the boots really did exceed my expectations even if I did have to wait a few weeks for them.

The poor quality boots leaked immediately despite costing £155. Duo said that they were fashion boots not to be worn in the rain and the I should have "waterproofed them! I had only walked from the taxi across the road to my house. Getting a refund was extremely stressful even after emailing the CEO, we had to have a full blown and noisy argument with the Manageress of the Covent Garden Branch. Their customer services were poor and obstructive to say the least and I will never buy from them again.

Having queued for an hour to be served it was rather frustrating to be told the boot i was looking at was discontinued and couldnt be ordered. It would be helpful to have this information displayed by the relevant boots to save wasted time.
It's a running joke in my family that the first sign of winter is me saying "This year, I'm absolutely going to get some boots". I've been looking for the perfect ones for four years now. Four cold, boot-less years. I'm very tall, so most high street boots only come up to the middle of my shins, or they're too flapping around the ankle, or they're just overpriced and crap quality.
So on Sunday, I went into Duo, where I'd had great success with shoes before, and jumped the queue (tip: if it's busy, stand by the glass table at the cash register - that's the queuing point, but most people don't realise that until they've been queue jumped) and told the charming blonde sales girl that I couldn't actually leave until I'd found the right boots.
She pulled out some really fantastic boots for me to try on, knowing exactly which ones would come higher up my leg (I ended up with a pair of over knee boots that came to exactly under my giant's knee) and I was so thrilled with how totally amazing the boots made my legs look that I ended up ordering two pairs rather than just the one I'd intended. Whoops.
The first pair have arrived today, three days after I ordered them and a whopping four days ahead of schedule - hurrah! The others will take 4-6 weeks as they don't have my specific measurements in stock, but I'm more than happy to wait given that it's taken me four whole years to find the bloody things. Cinderella has nothing on me - glass slippers in winter? Idiot.
Wow what a place - the sales assistants treat you like you were a patient of theirs and psycologically they have been trained to deal with those who walk into duo.
It is a boot store but one where all the boots you try will fit your leg size or indeed or shoes will fit your width.
The sales assistant knows how hard it is to find a snug fit for most of us and therefore when you are there you feel like you have had therapy for something where you felt you were the only one.
My only complaint is the styles are not all that great but the ones i did buy i have worn five times and received not one blister plus the leather is fantastic and i know i can wear these boots for a long time.
The sales assistants are very friendly, helpful, and patient! It’s a great place and when I was there there were several groups of friends all trying on different boots, all which fitted their calves perfectly - and all having a great time.
I tried on several kinds of boots and the sales assistant knew from my measurements and preferences just what would suit and fit me. I eventually chose a pair, and since I was actually on holiday, they had the boots sent in to this fitting room instead of to my address to save me 20 quid in postage.
And the boots are great quality. Excellent value for money! I’ll be buying more.
Great place to buy knee high boots as they measure your calf and ankle width and have loads of different combinations to fit.
If you have big or small calves and have despaired of buying boots then this is the place to go.
They have a big range and the staff are very friendly and you’re not made to feel freakish at all.
