The Mandala Hotel

The safest place in Berlin to stay! Potzdamer platz right in the heart of the business district. Me and my friend found this 5* hotel to be a very enjoyable stay. It was very homely and modern at the same time and transport links were perfect. Polite and pleasant staff!

A great design hotel directly opposite the Sony-Center on Potsdamer Platz. Friendly, very attentive service, up-to-date furnished rooms, a very recommendable restaurant (see Facil) in the conservatory on the 5th floor, a modern-cozy lounge bar (see Qiu) on the 1st floor and, of course, a spa area on the 11th floor with fantastic views of Berlin. I had one of the best massages ever in the spa area - a great relaxation. By the way, that's my tip for the Mandala Hotel: You may also book a massage if you are not a guest of the hotel so therefore if you want to pamper yourselves: call them and book a massage with Pedro, the house masseur who is available from Tuesdays to Saturdays. How much does it cost? I paid EUR 60,- for 45 minutes and certainly didn't regret it. I shall definitely go there again during my next trip to Berlin.

The best luxury hotel that I know in Berlin. Very personal atmosphere, suites are large and with beautiful views over Berlin, kitchenette, tastefully decorated but not pretentious and the breakfast is very good. I only saw such a good breakfast in Bordeaux. Moreover, once one sits just next to Moritz Bleibtreu for breakfast - while this would not increase the taste, but it is also interesting :-)

A little OTT in terms of design, but generous and elegant, meeting rooms, spa (have to go and try that out in a minute), big single rooms, expensive wireless. But very nice.
