Hi, I have a question, I also purchased a voucher from them but than in the Netherlands and they decided to stop the clinic, whithout telling the cliënts, I also used the voucher and after that I bought sessions by the clinic and now it’s 4 months ago that I used their services, because the told us that they had to do the maintenance of the laser device, would you might asking the clinic about what’s happening with the clinic in the Netherlands and about the payment, because it’s a lot of money I have payed…:SS I also contact the chambre of commerce and they don’t know about a bankruptcy, but I don’t trust it, because Itoday I drove along the clinic and I saw they are realy closed and they also put the cliëntfiles from the mappes..

I am a regular costumer of Sisa clinic, and i have been going there for around 6 years now. I get most of my beauty treatments like waxing,eyebrows,facials etc. in there , all the therapists are really good at what they're doing . I would definitely recommend them.

The staff are very unprofessional. All speak Turkish with each other and obviously about clients from time to time. They are abrupt and have no customer service skills. If it wasn't for their cheap Groupon deals i'd be surprised if they still had a business.

I had the most dreadful time in this salon. I went back 3 times as its cheap and the treatment worked. 4th time I had a brow wax...they burnt me. No apology, no advice, in fact they got angry with me. Very abusive behaviour! They are bad mannered, never ever smile, moody, snappy, the place smelt badly of sewerage the last and final time i went. I said 'oh it's a bit smelly down here'. Its the toilets they said. I tried hard initially to ask if they are stressed, why is everyone so unfriendly in here i asked? They said its due to me not being Turkish and they are uncomfortable with people not from their culture. Nice. So they are prejudiced as well. That was 2 'ladies' saying that. Never never go to this place. It's worth paying more, to avoid the shoddy service I received.

i had the worst hair waxing treatment in this place, that seriously traumatized me.
the beautician couldn't speak a word english and did not understand what waxing type i had booked (probably her colleague from reception hadn't informed her properly either).
further, she used extremely hot wax, that burned my skin first degree. her work was very messy and it took her almost half an hour to finish. while doing extremely bad work she kept apologizing over and over again but kept giving me the worst treatment and also leaving a lot of wax on my skin, which gave me the impression, that she wasn't well trained for waxing at all (a treatment that is painful and should be practiced by trained professionals only in a beauty salon.
customers really attend such sessions trusting the qualification of a beautician.
after this experience, i will probably never attend a beauty salon for hair waxing treatment again.

I purchased a voucher from them on groupon which included a course of six ipl sessions and I honestly didn’t expect much, with the price being extremely low. However, it turned out to be a great experience overall. Kind friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and most importantly amazing results (I’ve already had 4 sessions done). Very happy with them :)

warning for sisa clinic. in the Netherlands offered this clinic treatments. customers had to pay in advance. the company is suddenly departed and has many victims left behind. These customers have not had their money back. they give the impression that they are an international company by their websites, but cheating.
