Mo Hair, Glasgow

Well impressed with this place, people were very friendly, was a relaxed atmosphere, and most important, the hair cut was really good, highly recommended!

I had my first visit last week and was quietly impressed at the detail and time taken over my short hair. I had a wedding to attend and so needed more than my usual number 2 all over job, and Mitchell the Canadian barber done a great job.

Even got a show as there was a scirmage outside the shop as 2 junkies were in battle with council road workers stealing their broom and running riot down the street.

And maybe this is why I got a slight discount on my haircut and beard trim but who knows but I`m glad of it as times are tough and every penny counts.

Anyhow to re cap, make an appointment and see for yourself the quality haircut you will receive.

Based on the reviews here I went to Mo Hair and was really impressed. Tony is a friendly guy who takes his time and makes sure you leave with your hair the way you want it. If you are looking for somewhere that is upmarket but not pretentious then go and see him. Might want to make an appointment before you head in though.

I was looking for a decent mens hairdresser around Glasgow, and found the reviews here.
It was enough to go on, and I went in a couple of months ago for the first time - all I can say is, the reviews are spot on.
Grreat wee salon, so relaxed and friendly, but still very professional. Tony and his staff couldn't be nicer, and are very genuine.
The haircut I got in there was the best I've ever had (in well over 30 years of getting haircuts!).
Just had my second cut there, and I won't go anywhere else.

The price is really good here (£20) and he actually listens to what you want!. Far, far better than the local barbers.

I was passing Mohair one day and it caught my eye. Maybe it was the acid orange facade or maybe the funky tunes drifting out the door but I thought to myself this looks like an ideal place to send my boyf to get his bothersome barnet sorted by someone who can manage more than the average short back and sides.
That was 5 years ago and now he won't go anywhere else and we count Tony as a true pal.
The prices are great, there's always a lively, friendly atmosphere and excellent special offers.

Antonio Destra (Tony the Hair) gives me body mods no tattoo artist or piercing parlour could hope to offer. My only sorrow is my hair doesn’t grow quickly enough, and what there is is vanishing, leaving Tony with a smaller canvas for his art. And only Tony could have a shop that feels like he elbowed the space out from between two pubs. Next refurb must be a service hatch for a beer from Laurie’s. :-)

Price is good and you get such a great haircut. If you are a guy from Glasgow you will know this from the surrounding Barbers, who would shave your whole body if they could! Nutters. Anyway, MoHair, a great place to get a good quality, proper haircut. Try it.

Mo Hair is an excellent place for a haircut, much better than just going to the local barbers. Tony is an excellent hair stylist and gets my hair just right every time. Mo Hair has salon quality but doesnt feel fruity, its actually quite a relaxing and its good to sit and read the Wolverine comics while you wait.
I recommend Mo Hair to all my freinds and I have truthfully turned down free haircuts elsewhere to get my hair cut at Mo Hair. If you are in Glasgow and looking for a great mens hair style then try Mo Hair.

Probably best place to go in Glasgow if you’re a guy - the owner is a top guy and always does a great cut. Fantastic attention to detail, and pretty cheap for the service you get. Much more than just a barbers, you get a really good quality cut and wash etc.
