This is the boulangerie next to, what seems for many as the beating heart of Uzes, the Café de la Bourse. The best place about this Bakery is the Fougasse. Bacon. Fresh from the oven still warm. Incredible. Buy some and take it next door and eat too much of it with some cold beer. Wonderful. Bread also passes muster as high quality, but I prefer the Uzetienne in town.
