Cheap nasty footwear, I bought a pair of boots from there and 4wks later they were letting in water, the arrogant manager told me that fashion boots aren’t meant to keep your feet dry, funny that because boots from primark, adsa and even the market keep your feet dry, I would like to take this further as £26 pounds for a pair of boots that don’t keep your feet dry is a joke, given that I’d just lost my job so thought I was getting a bargin, as soon as I fing the relevent body to complain to I will, if the footwear they sell isn’t suppose to keep your feet dry then they should state that in stead of trying to treat you like you are stupid, for those you think I don’t know what I’m talking about I’ve worked in retail selling clothes and shoes and no one has ever brough a pair back because they let in water. Never again will I shop there, Oh yes and she also told me that I would have to spend a couple of hundred pounds to get a pair of boots that don’t let in water. Bas retail, bad attitude and no customer service whatsoever.

This is one of several discount shoe shops in the Stretford Arndale centre and like the others it has a good range of mens womens and childrens shoes at bargain basement prices.

Don’t go looking for incredible quality, real leather or brand names because you won’t find them at Shoe Tree. What you will find, is fun, fashion shoes, cheap and cheerful copies of shoes like crocs for next to nothing.

The staff are helpful and they have a good range of sizes. They do a great selection of school pumps, the kind fancier shoe shops are selling for £20 for about £2.99 so there are bargain to be had.
