I was actually a member of Cannons Health Club in the Richmond area. I joined the gym through my workplace and have enjoyed going there regulary for my workouts. Its not the biggest gym but there are good faciilities with the essetials for working out and keeping fit. There are also saunas, squash courts and post and pre-workout protein shakes you can buy for a £1 or £2 which is useful. Boxing classes on friday are also free for members.

Fulham Fitness and Wellbeing Centre has state of the art gym with an expert personal training team, health MOTs and exercise classes ranging from body pump and spinning to yoga and aquaerobics. The swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms are complemented by a relaxation zone where you can indulge in an Elemis facial, deep tissue massage or other holistic body treatment - mainly for women if I am honest. This is one of the more spacious and better equipped London clubs and comes highly recommended. Nuffield have really got their act together since they bought Cannons
