went here today after being told the trainers i was using were " no good". the only trainers i have ever bought were because they were pink. today the staff had me on a treadmill and recorded me running, they then bought out a selection of trainers which were suited to my needs ( and colour). needless to say i am now the proud owner of a beautiful pair of pink asics trainers.

For the keen runner, this place is excellent to get specific running shoes, though for the out-and-out fitness freak, it might not sell what you need.

For example, I’m a size 13 wide; which is a nightmare to get and as a result, I tend to import Nike Air Max’s from the US; I tried checking this store, and the shoes are more tilted towards the runner, rather than someone with massive feet looking for a comfortable pair of trainers to hit the gym with and walk about it.

But this doesn’t deter from the fact that the staff know what they’re on about, and can always help you; and are always polite too.

If you’re a runner; then run to this place and they can find you the best pair of shoes for you.

A very small shop, specialising in clothes, shoes and equipment for runners. The owners are very helpful and friendly and, as they are runners themselves, they are able to offer advice and assistance.

The shop has a running machine used to analyse your gait so that you can be fitted for the correct shoes. They also stock running tights, t-shirts, sweatbands, belts, water bottle and a decent selection of gels and jellybeans. Definitely the place to go if you live in the Southend area and are interested in running!

Everything for the runner and the general sportsman . Prices excellent staff very friendly indeed . Have used this place many times im very happy with the service i have received . Well established .

I went to this shop as a total novice when it came to running as I needed a pair of trainers for a marathon I was completing in.
I thought by going to a shop this small I would be mocked at and was very surprised when this was not the case.
Firstly they placed me on a running machine to check my running style and then gave me half a dozen or so shoes to choose from.
I was given the chance to try them all on and run on the machine and was not rushed in any way.
The pair I choose were very reasonable in price and the expertise I received was second to none.
The shop also sells items of clothing related to running and I highly recommend it for novice and the more experienced runner.
