Not a bad gym at all. Pre-joining I have to say the sales team can be pretty aggressive, which nearly put me off to be honest! But once your in, you'll be hit relatively less, though you will get the odd email/phone call from one of the personal trainers trying to book you in for a free trial session.
Not used the pool yet, but have checked out the steam room, which is pretty small. You can probably just about fit in 6 average sized people.
Changing rooms are a good size and condition, the hairdryers are adequate, and I've never had to wait to get into a shower cubicle.
