the chesterfield bowl

Great for a family afternoon/evening out.., They also do childrens parties. it’s quite expensive, you are likely to have a long wait at the bar.., the staff just walk past as though they can’t see you. food is poor, consisting of frozen chips, burgers, sausages , fish fingers or chicken nuggets.. no fresh food…. Kids will love it..!

Really fun place to go, has a cafe, pool tables, bowling area, bar seating area and even a couple of amusements. Could do with a bigger amusements but a really fun night out.

Superb bowling club but very expensive to bowl. It has a bar area and restaurant and you would think that drinks wouldn’t be too pricey but they are and they’ve shot up in the last few months. Average price around £2.70 a pint. As it costs so much to bowl and they must make a fortune off that it seemes a shame that they have to rip their customers off with alcohol premiums. I know members who have bowled at the Chesterfield bowl for years and they’re highly disappointed at the bar prices shooting up. If that doesn’t put you off then check it out, it’s a good club.

a really good range of art in here. a must if ur visiting chesterfield. then go and have a nice cuppa tea and a teacake.
