Lovely pub, well worth wandering from the common to! good choice of ales and wines, excellent outdoor terrace and if the weather suits you can sit out on the green to soak up a fantastic rural atmosphere A wonderful 'escape’ pub, one you can spend a whole evening in setting the worlds to right.

This is a great traditional pub which has lots of atmosphere. In these times of chain pubs being very boring and not having any atmosphere, its nice to see that this Youngs pub chain pub still has a bit of a village pub feel about it. Its only about 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon High street so although its a bit out of the way, its definitely worth the effort in my opinion. I didn’t try the food while I was there as only stopped in for a drink but it the menu looked very good so will defo be going back there for food some other time.
