Great place to go with the kids, lots for them to do, nice and clean, good value for money and they do nice food (often stay for something to eat). The staff are polite and friendly including the managers. We go quite a bit if the weather is bad and have not once found any of the staff to be rude, so am shocked at the other previous reviews. Go and see for yourself!!!

Terrible terrible place, the manager is the most rude foul mouthed woman you could ever meet, how the staff cope with her I don't know! She was in Thursday 4th April 2013 sitting with who I can only imagine was her long suffering husband and 2 children, the staff (who are lovely bright and pleasant people) where working away, and she was yelling at them from her chair using bad language (the place was packed with children) her exact words were 'you need a rocket up your A**se' which she found very amusing! She was heard to call a very young member of staff  'F**king thick'. Surely this woman should not be working in a childrens play centre, she truly is vile! Didn't want to give a star rating!!

I couldn't give no stars or I would have. I left my husband and my two children at this play area as I was going to get some shopping we needed as we were on holiday in the area from the South of Scotland. My husband was refused entry as he only had a Scottish £20 note and the manager wouldn't accept it. I had dropped my family with no coats and gone to the shops. I had to go back and get them out of the cold and spend money on the car park just for driving in and then out again. I called the manager, absolutely disgusted, and she told me that they didn't have the facilities for accepting Scottish notes. Having worked in England myself, I am well aware that all they require is to written down on the banking sheet, and to check they aren't fraudulent you look for the hologram. Having spoken to the police, this establishment had no reason not to accept my money - it had Sterling written on it. If, however she wanted to lose business over it then that was her problem. Instead, we went to Funsters and had a fantastic time (who also accepted our money without any issue). Absolutely disgusted in Rumble Tumble. The attitude of the manager was appalling. Apologies if you've read this review before, it will be as far and wide on the Internet as I can make it.

We go to rumble tumble all the time the kids love it. Will def agree with everything feline has to say its a complete life saver if the weather is bad. The toddler are is alot bigger than other play centres and the big area is also good, very spread out and not at all cramped. I have two kids (2 and 8) so go in the week when its quiet and at the weekends and school hols when busy. They have a little cafe with a selection of snacks etc (the toasties are lovely) In the week when its quiet the staff make an effort to welcome you and have a chat (thats if they not cleaning) if you are the only one in they play with your child so they dont get bored and you can sit and have a well earned coffee. Have been on other sits and there are a few negative review but ignore them. They must be from people who dont have a life . To summarise, what you do get is great value for money, where can you go that cost you £4 at peak time and stay all day. So it does get busy sometimes, there are a few tables that need cleaning and a bit of toilet paper on the floor. But the staff work very hard and if you have a prob tell them like a human being without being rude (this goes a long way) and they will do there best to sort it out. If you havnt been before go and try it out, you wont be dissappointed.

Review of Rumble Tumbles from 16 January 2009

How to keep the kids entertained in the winter? Christmas has been and gone and we’ve still got at least two months of cold and wet weather ahead of us, to top it all of the kids are going stir crazy. This is when Rumble Tumbles becomes a life saver, or at least a saver of our sanity. The kids can run around and go bananas and the parents can sit and chill with a cup of coffee. Like many indoor play areas Rumble Tumbles has got a ball pool, slides, climbing equipment, a designated toddler area and of course a café (of sorts). What makes this place a little different, and why my kids love it more than the competitors, is the fact that it has two bouncy castles (one for toddlers and pre-school and one for the bigger kids) and there is no time limit on the bouncing fun. In fact there is no time limit on the whole place, once you’ve paid you can stay all day, or until the kids collapse at least. Cost is about £4 per kid (cheaper than the cinema, and it lasts longer) and I think it’s a fab place for the kiddies to burn of some energy, for me to read a book and for the family to spend a rainy winter (or summer thanks to the English weather) Sunday.
