My partner used this store & found it a pleasurable experience. The staff where very helpful & provided good service. She had to order an item which arrived quickly. She is more than happy with what she purchased & so am I. 

I could not rate my experience at this lingerie shop any higher. This place was recommended to me by a friend, as, being large chested, I was finding it difficult to find decent attractive underwear. The choice and range in this branch is excellent. There is some really beautiful underwear for every occasion, more plain stuff for everyday as well as beautifully patterned stuff for special occasions as well as multi way, strapless and corset styles for something extra special. They also sell a small range of swimwear and clothing to flatter the more busty lady! Downstairs, they have their fitting rooms and I really recommend the fitting experience. They really take the time to help you find exactly what you need and the fitting rooms are spacious and pleasant. The staff are really friendly and understanding. The downside is that all the underwear costs a great deal more than what you would pay even at M&S, but the quality is excellent and for style, support and attractiveness, you cannot beat this range. Fantastic.

Bravissimo are a great lingerie and nightwear shop for ladies who are… 'larger up-top’. they offer a free fitting service which is very helpful, especially if you are like most women and have no idea what size you actually are! They are one of the few shops that I know of which stock fashionable bras in larger sizes - most bras I have seen for larger busted ladies are grannified and most young people wouldn’t be seen dead in them! Anyway that’s what I think makes this shop stand out against its rivals.

Although their prices are around £20 per bra, they are definitely worth it. I used to be the sort of person who would by a basket-load of cheap bras from primark at £3 each but they hardly last five minutes and are usually ill-fitting. Nowadays I think you’re best off buying just a few select bras from the likes of Bravissimo and they are much more comfy & will last you much longer than any cheap bras. the shop itself is very airy, the racks are set out well so you can see everything clearly and easily find your side. The ladies instore seem to know what they’re doing and seem more determined to find your perfect fitting bra so you know they are not trying to palm you off with the rubbish ones just to meet targets! Overall I have had a good experience with this shop - their range is very good, their prices are reasonable for the service and fit you get, and the customer service is excellent.
