this is a very friendly, family run store that specialise in HMC Halal meats (organic). There is a selection of chicken, lamb, goat and sheep and you can phone to ask what is coming in that week and order for the next. It’s in a very easily accessible place that serves the communities of whalley range and old trafford- plus its behind rip-off tesco so you dont have to buy rubbish expensive meat anymore :0) mmm goat curry thats organic and affordable. oh and Sofia also makes lovely celebration cakes to order with delivery to your door.
