This gym is very small and the pricing for membership is reflected by it; you can have a session there for just £1.50, and annual membership being £100. The gym is clean and tidy though and music is played in high volume which is arguable, in that its good for the rush of adrenaline but not so good health wise for it being played in the small gym.

There is only one treadmill there which can be daunting when you just want to work on it for as long as you want but know that there are other people who might want to use it as well.

There is a decent amount of weightlifting machines equipments there, and array of various free weights too to suit your needs.
