Excellent gym. Having been a member of other gyms in the area, I find this is by far the best. The atmosphere is great and not at all intimadating.

Good range of equipment and not too packed even at peak times.

The pool is great and again not too over crowded.

The personal trainers, especially Wayne, are great and really know their stuff.

There is a light and airy bar area which sells a really good skinny latte. although the one thing that let's the place down is that the limited food menu is not particularly healthy for those of us watching our weight!

All in all, well worth the membership.

In my opinion Cannons in Pyrford/West Byfleet is one of the best gyms around the Woking area. It’s fairly relaxed and you don’t get too many people there just to pose.

The facilities are great with up to the date equipment and a fantastic pool.

Recently rebranded as a Nuffield Health facility this gym is well worth the membership fees (although they’re not cheap).

The “Retreat” beauty area is very relaxing and I’ve ahad a few great massages there.

The opening hours are good with plenty of opportunities to exercise before and after work or at weekends.

There’s a good range of classes and something for all levels of fitness. The creche is also very good and allows you to go with kids in tow! There are even family swim sessions!

Squash courts can be hard to book at peak hours so, if you’re into Raquets then David Lloyd might be a better bet.

Recommended
