Caffe Nero

The best in service complements one of the best coffees around. No wonder staff here have been scooping the pool when Nero are handing out the prizes. I gather they have Barrista of the year as well as Manager of the year working here - I love it (Please don't tell anyone else - I would hate it if this little oasis of customer focus became too succesful!)

I am so glad I happended across this little coffee shop. Coffee out for me is some what of a weekly treat so am always affraid to try somthing new. I am so glad I did because the staff I have to say are the most friendly I have come accross and even though the cafe was busy they helped me to my table.The place was so clean even though busy. The cappucino was the best coffee i have had in ages, so nice to get something strong where you can taste the coffee, if you have not visited, its a must.

Caffe Nero opened quite recently and is a very contemporary coffee shop. There is quite a variety of seating, with some low easy chairs and also the upright dining chairs. They run a loyalty card scheme, in which each time you buy a coffee your card is stamped. Once you reach 9 stamps you get a free coffee. Nero have all of the expect range of coffees for a modern coffee shop. The staff are friendly and efficient, the tables seem to be cleared quickly. I would recommend visiting Caffe Nero, and if you have coffee regularly in Truro it is worth picking up a Caffe Nero loyalty card.
