We are fortunate here in Honley because there is no need to travel all the way into town for an eye test or to purchase a new pair of spectacles. Rodney Hampshire, ophthalmic optician has his premises right here in the centre of the village, and for a tiny place, he has a surprisingly large range of frames to choose from.. In addition to having your eyesight checked, you can also bring your broken glasses here to be repaired. You will always find friendly service, and there is not too long to wait for an appointment. There is often a really good window display, showing the attention to detail that this small establishment takes.
